We will not contact you by telephone unless it is necessary to efficiently fulfill your order. If you become our members, you may receive emails from us to guide and supply some information such as special discounts or promotions.
When the orders are delivered to your address, please kindly check all of the items as soon as possible. Any product with a quality defect can be returned within 2 weeks of receiving your original order. You need to contact us for a proof of purchase (e,g: sending pictures of a faulty item). If we do not get any feedback about the defective items within 2 weeks, all items are presumed to be perfect.
