Wholesale policy

 

1. Minimum order, production time and shipping time for Wholesale Order

· Minimum order:

- For children clothing : 200pcs or sets (50pcs per design per color, 10pcs per size).

- For all kinds of handmade accessories : 200pcs or sets, mix designs.

· Production time:

- For the order of 200pcs : about 25 days.

- For the order of 500 – 700pcs : about 35 days.

- For the order of 700 – 1,000pcs : about 40 days.

- For the order of 2,000pcs : about 45days.

- For the order of 3,000pcs : about 50 days.

- For the order of 5,000pcs to 10,000pcs : about 60 days.

- For the larger order : confirm later.

· Shipping time:

- By UPS : about 3-5 working days.

- By Air : about 7-10 days (depending on country, airport).

- By Sea : about 30-40 days (depending on country, port).

2. Price term

The price term is FOB price (Incoterm 2000)

(In short: FOB price is price of products and does not include shipping cost)

3. Sample order

· Price:

- £12.5 for one sample (appliqued clothing, smocked clothing, smocked two piece set, smocked pyjamas…)

- £23 for baby gow

- £32 for one sample (sheet set, car seat cover, suitcase, blanket…)

· Quantity: Maximum sample quantity is 10pcs.

· Shipping cost:

- £30 for 1 - 5pcs;

- £35 for 6 - 10pcs

- £36 + £1extra per 1 additional piece for 11 pieces and more

· Production time: about 2 – 3 weeks after you confirm order.

4. Payment:

The following terms and conditions of sale and payment requirements are for all customers:

- For the order in value under £5,000, please pay in advance

- For the order in value over £5,000: Please deposit 50% within 3 days after you signed contract and the balance has to be made 5 days before estimated shipping date.

NOTE: The deposit that has been made will be non-refundable (this deposit is used to reserve for your order and pay for labour and material charges during the process of production.

· Payment: you can pay by one of two following methods:

-  For sample : you can pay via Online payment gateway - OnePAY, Bank transfer, Money Gram, Western Union.

-  For wholesale order : you can pay via Online payment gateway - OnePAY, Bank transfer, Money Gram, Western Union

Note: All OUR BANK ACCOUNTS ARE IN VIET NAM ( WE HAVE NO OTHER ACCOUNTS IN OTHER COUNTRIES)

Notice for the customer in USA: When you receive the shipment, you will have to pay about 7% - 10% for import tax and duties (this cost is depended on Each State policies)

Apply for order value over $800 (include products cost + shipping cost)


When the first deposit is made, cancellation is impossible. Moreover, your deposit will not be refunded. Because when the first deposit is made, we will start producing your order. The deposit will be used for initial cost to make your products as material, labor cost, etc.Please note that:

5. Fast Pay Bonus

You will get the “Fast Pay Bonus” if you make payment within 3 working days after placing order. It is 2% off of total value of the products.

For example, when you place an order with the value of US$10,000 on April 2nd, you will get Bonus US$200 if doing payment before April 5th.

6. 3 months delivery bonus

· If you place an order for production time is about 3 months since the date you confirmed order by payment (for example: if you order on December 1st and don't need the products urgently, you can apply this bonus. Production time is 3 months and your order will be ready to ship on March 1st)

· You will get :

- 10% off for the order 200 pieces – 499 pieces.

- 12% off for the order 499 pieces – 999 pieces.

- 15% off for the order 1,000 pieces – 1,4 99 pieces.

- 18% off for the order 1,500 pieces and over

· Apply for all orders from 200 pieces for all designs ( 50 pieces/design/color, 10 pieces/ size) including your own designs.

· Don’t apply for any other discounts

7. Shipping:

LEWAVE can deliver products to almost countries over the world. We can arrange the means of transportation up to customers’ requirements.

Here are our suggestions:

- Shipment under 100kg: shipping by UPS

- Shipment from 100kg-300kg: shipping by UPS, Air freight

- Shipment over 300kg: shipping by Air freight, Sea Freight

8. Do I have to pay any extra cost when I receive the products?

When shipping internationally, you are responsible for any customs duties and taxes charged by your destination country.

9. Discount, Replace Policy:

· In case your order does not arrive in perfect conditions or wrong items were shipped etc. We will suggest you the best solution as: discount or replacement depend on mistakes. You are advised to check the items at the point time of opening and make announcement by E- mail, telephone or fax within 2 weeks after the order arrival.

· When you make complaint, you have to send us:

+ Photo of defective products and explaining what the mistake is

+ Quantity detail

· If handcrafted products are not uniform as ones made by machine, size or color tone may be sometimes different delicately within a package of items, please ask for discounts or replacements for such reasons.

· We are unable to accept discounts and replacements for the items that have been sold to the third party or used or damaged by the customers themselves.

For replacing products:

· When you return products, please contact us for detail instructions

· After receiving returned products, we will remake products for you.

· Replacement will be sent to you at no cost.

Note: all discounts or replacements will be valid until 3 months after issue date.

10. Do I need to pay for making pictures of my own design?

Yes, you need to pay £2 per picture as designing service charge

We sell 3 packs of designing service:

Pack 20: pay £20 for 10 pictures

Pack 50: pay £50 for 30 pictures

Pack 100: pay £100 for 70 pictures

Designing time: 1-3 working day after you paid

Note: you will get free pictures after you place 1000pcs of wholesale order.

11. Do I need to pay for your products pictures without watermark?

Yes, to get picture without watermark, you need to pay £2 per picture

We sell 3 packs of photo without watermark:

* Pack 20: pay £20 for 10 pictures.

* Pack 50: pay £50 for 30 pictures.

* Pack 100: pay £100 for 70 pictures.
