1. Minimum order, production time and shipping time for Wholesale Order

Minimum order:

+ For children clothing: 2000pcs or sets (200pcs per design per color, 30pcs per size).

+ For all kinds of handmade accessories: 2000pcs or sets, mix designs.

Production time:

           + For order of 200pcs:                                    about 25~30 days.

           + For order of 500 – 700pcs:                          about 35~40 days.

           + For order of 700 – 1,000pcs:                       about 40~45 days.

           + For the order of 2,000pcs:                           about 45~50 days.

           + For the order of 3,000pcs:                           about 50~55 days.

           + For the order of 5,000pcs to 10,000pcs:      about 60 days.

           + For larger order:                                           confirm later.

Shipping time:

- By UPS : about 5-7 working days.

- By Air : about 7-10 days (depend on country, airport).

- By Sea : about 30-40 days (depend on country, port).

2. Price term

- The price term is FOB price (Incoterm 2000)

(In short: FOB price is price of products and does not include shipping cost)

3. Sample order

Price:

- US$20 for one sample (appliqued clothing, smocked clothing, smocked two piece set, smocked pyjamas…)

- US$20 for one sample (T-shirt, two piece sets, pants without smocking)

- US$50 for one sample (sheet set, car seat cover, suitcase…)

Quantity: Maximum sample quantity is 10pcs

Shipping cost: - US$35 for 1 - 5pcs;

- US$45 for 6 - 10pcs

Production time: about 2 – 3 weeks after you confirm order.

4. Payment:

- The following terms and conditions of sale and payment requirements are for all customers:

- For the order in value under US$5,000, please pay in advance

- For the order in value over US$5,000: Please deposit 50% within 3 days after you signed contract and the balance has to be made 5 days before estimated shipping date.

NOTE: The deposit that has been made will be non-refundable (this deposit is used to reserve for your order and pay for labour and material charges during the process of production.

Note: All OUR BANK ACCOUNTS ARE IN VIET NAM ( WE HAVE NO OTHER ACCOUNTS IN OTHER COUNTRIES)

Notice for the customer in USA: When you receive the shipment, you will have to pay about 7% - 10% for import tax and duties (this cost is depended on Each State policies)

Apply for order value over $800 (include products cost + shipping cost)

5. Shipping:

LEWAVE can deliver products to almost countries over the world. We can arrange the means of transportation up to customers’ requirements. We can ship by UPS, Air freight, Sea freight.

6. Confirm receiving order shipments

You have to confirm receiving order shipments by email within 10 days from the date of delivering shipment. After 10 days without any confirm email or notice, we will assume that the shipments have already been delivered to you fully. We have no more responsible with the shipments. 

7. Return Policy:

When the orders are delivered to your address, please kindly check all of the items as soon as possible. Any product with a quality defect can be returned within 2 weeks of receiving your original order. You need to contact us for a proof of purchase (e,g: sending pictures of a faulty item). If we do not get any feedback about the defective items within 2 weeks, all items are presumed to be perfect.

For all defective items, we will apply solutions as the following below:

Discount:

-       For all minor defects, we will offer discount but will be less than 20%

-    For all major  defects, we offer two solutions, either replacing or refunding.

Replace:

-       When returning the products, you are responsible for all of the returning fees including any shipping cost for the returning products, taxes and duties (please contact the supporter to get more instruction).

-       After receiving the returning products, we will double- check, re-make the products and ship them back to you as quick as possible.

-       Replacements will be shipped to you at no cost of products and shipping cost.

Refund:

-       When returning the products, you are responsible for all of the returning fees including any shipping cost for the returning products, taxes and duties (please contact the supporter to get more instruction).

-       Once we receive the item, we will process your credit immediately. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take a few days to reflect on your account.

-       Please be kindly noted that you will receive your refund in the original form of payment. The original shipping charges are non-refundable

*Note: All returns will be valid up to 3 months from the issue date.
