Dressing up a baby girl with smocked clothing can be considered as an easy task when you just dress simple clothing like throwing on a smocked onesie. However, when you have to change the multiple outfits they require per day, it turns into a different story and I think you need some options. So here are some suggestions for dressing a baby girl with smocked clothes.

1. Smocked onesie

Let’s start with the easy one: baby smocked onesie. It is just one piece clothing, so you do not need to think much. You can wear her with smocked onesie alone. All the heart eyes then focus on her cute chubby legs. Smocked onesie is the simple type which is easy to match. For example you just need to add a matching headband, your baby will look so much cuter. Mixing simple smocked onesie with knee high socks is a way to turn your little girl into a stylish one.

2. Smocked dress

Girl smocked dress comes in various styles like smocked bishop dress, smocked A-line dress, smocked sundress, etc. The choices seem to be endless for you. With smocked dress, your baby will look like a little lady in no time. Moreover, the options for bottom are quite many also. You can wear a smocked dress for your little girl alone with bare legs, or dress with a bloomer, a diaper cover, a pair of high socks or leggings.

3. Smocked bubble

Another easy option for you to choose for dressing a baby girl is smocked bubble. Like baby smocked onesie, smocked bubble is type of smocked clothing which is easy to match with. In order to add more femininity to your cute baby, you just need to add a flower headband for example.

4. Playing with layers

This is one of the most favorite ways of mine, dressing my baby girl with layer and layer and layer. My set normally includes a smocked onesie, a pair of leggings or a tutu skirt, a cardigan sweater and matching accessories like headband and laces and shoes, etc. Saying that it’s complicated is quite exaggerated but you have to make sure the colors and patterns go together well, matching with each other I mean. However, this option is a good suggestion for transitional weather. When it’s cold, add more warm layers to her and when it’s hot, take off the cardigan or leggings or long socks.

In shorts, I have shared some options for dressing a baby girl with different types of girl smocked clothing. I hope you will find them useful.
